Job OverviewWe are an estate agency specialising in sales, letting and the management of properties covering many areas of the West Midlands. As a relative newcomer into this industry we are striving to compete with the best and become a successful estate agent. Based in Selly Oak the core of our business is dealing with student property lets.This opportunity is 1years internship paid on a commission only basis, if the canditate impresses we will keep them full-time with a salary. The canditate picked will be given a comprehensive property training package on how to deal with sales, lettings and management. This nature of training is usually very valuable, costly and hard to obtain. Duties and Responsibilities-Assist with the day to day running of an estate agent-Innovate and implement techniques for business growth -Promote the utility partner to tenants -Updating the company website as and when required -General competitor research – news, acquisitions, major events and promotions -Competitor pricing – in order to gain a view of House Hunt’s relative position in the market place -Profiling and analysis of key competitors – update and add to existing database -Undertake specific competitor analysis projects as required – product comparisons, evaluation and other competition related projects -Update customer and property database -Research and apply marketing strategies -Specific work requests as and when required by the business.
