Job Overview

Full time work on e-commerce systems.

Required:

-Strong object orientated web development experience in LAMP environment

-Object Oriented PHP 5 Web Programming

-Good knowledge of cross-browser (X)HTML, CSS

-Familiar with MVC architecture

-Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL

-Relevant degree level education

-Ability to work by yourself and solve your own problems unassisted

Desired:

-Previous experience with e-commerce solutions (ideally osCommerce and PrestaShop)

-Experience working with Smarty templating engine

-Experience working with JavaScript, including JQuery and AJAX

-Experience using WHM, cPanel

-Experience working with XML

-Knowledge of W3C standards

-Experience with source control systems (ideally SVN)

-Experience working with WordPress or similar systems advantageous

-Knowledge of networks and general IT maintenance skills would also come in handy.
