Job OverviewWe are a young and rapidly growing business that currently has a vacancy for an experienced, self motivated Secretary/Account Manager. This position will encompass dealing with a variation of individual client requirements from typing, database management, diary management and a variety of other tasks on an ad hoc basis so flexibility and experience is a must. This position would ideally suit an experienced, motivated, self starter who is keen to support local business.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesDuties for this role include:
- General typing including audio
- Telesales/telemarketing projects
- Database management
- Process writing and design.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredThis role requires individuals to be responsible for their own portfolio of clients so confidence and ability to deal with business owners and senior management is essential, along with a good telephone manner.
Good audio typing skills are also required as well as good working knowledge of computer packages ie. Outlook, Word and Excel.
