Duties and ResponsibilitiesOur priority over the next year is to grow the number of venues we have by 100 every month and to work with 1000 highly suitable venues, from all around the UK.
The successful candidate will be joining a team of 7 people. 2 are Directors and in charge of training, site maintenance and marketing and 5 are Territory Managers.
The successful candidate will join the team of Territory Managers and be given their own Region. They will be responsible for increasing their region by a minimum of 10 venues each month, contacting suitable venues by phone to show them how we can significantly increase the number of school trips and educational visits that they receive.
We do not take a hard sell approach. You will have professional conversations and offering outstanding customer service and exceptional benefits that will increase their bookings and develop their business in their quiet times when they most need it.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredYou must be confident, determined, positive and persuasive, highly self motivated, focused, organised and have the ability to retain information. You will also need to take pride in your work, be open and honest in your work ethic and offer your customers exceptional care.
