In order to further enhance this enviable market position and drive continued growth in a fiercely competitive and ever changing market, we are looking for an experienced dynamic Sales Manager to lead and develop our direct sales function.
Reporting to the Managing Director, as a member of the senior management team you will be set realistic but challenging sales targets and will be given the autonomy to explore new ways of working to help grow sales. To provide the best ISP service in the UK'. Team and culture fit is therefore a key requirement of this role.
The ideal candidate will be committed to implementing sales best practice, be strategic and proactive with a 'can do' attitude.
Applicants must have a proven track record in business to business sales as well as sound people management skills. Your sales experience will ideally have been gained in the IT sector however candidates with experience of delivering sales in other fast moving sectors would also be of interest his role is largely autonomous and will require the incumbent to be a self starter who is able to take the initiative to drive continues development of the department.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesParticipating in the planning and execution of sales strategy. In particular, developing a direct sales strategy. Values of quality and service Monitor sales performance on a weekly / monthly basis Monitor, review and implement appropriate sales commission and incentive strategies to ensure over achievement of sales targets Achieve targets across our range of products and services through consultative selling, ensuring long term relationships are being developed with customers Coach and mentor team leaders
