Job Overview

Leading heavy engineering business based in South Yorkshire, supplying a variety of industries including Oil and Gas, Automotive and Aerospace seeks to recruit a multi skilled maintenance engineer. This will be an ideal opportunity for an individual who wishes to work in a global organisation that is well established within their chosen niche market.
 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

This role will be fast paced and hands on and will require working as a part of the well established maintenance team in solving complex failures in machinery components, assisting in decision making process for corrective actions and supporting the introduction of CBM, RCM, PPM, TPM and Continuous Improvement.
 

Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required

The ideal candidate will have strong experience of both mechanical and electrical maintenance as well as the ability to act as a projects team leader when required. Ideally the successful candidate will be from a similar industry for example mining, steel, automotive, aerospace and will have worked on kit such as hydraulics, pumps, presses etc.
