Job OverviewA north Bristol boarding kennels and cattery are looking for a kennel maid/boy to cover maternity leave. The job involves the care of both dogs and cats, working with the present team, and contact with the owners of the animals, both in person and over the telephone. Monday to Friday inclusive, 8. 30 am–12 noon. Start Monday 6th September. No accommodation provided.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCleaning, feeding both cats and dogs, walking/exercising dogs. Washing up, preparation of food and medication. Personal contact with owners for delivery and collection of animals, involving pricing and till/card machine use. Taking of bookings and messages by phone.Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredPrevious experience with dogs a great advantage. Basic numeracy, literary and telephone skills. | Nearby
