Job OverviewCandy Bass Records are currently offering up-paid internships. Ideally the internship we can offer you will be based within the Advertising and Marketing departments. You will be dealing with Artists who are signed with us to promote their careers, arrange shows and events and maintain their online presence whilst advertising their work as well as a few other possible opportunities. You must be an outgoing and communicative person with the aspiration to excel and prosper within the field. You must be well mannered and a true professional.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdvertising - Making our artists presence online and in the musical industry visible to a broader community and fan-base. While doing so you will be making sure that they are constantly updated with proceedings in regards to their careers. Coming up with creative ideas as to how the company can better the advertisement of our artists are to be expected of you. Organizing and maintaining advertising campaigns for our artists is a must.Marketing - Organizing events and show performances for our artists amongst other things whilst keeping a very close eye on the development and growth of the artists careers and hold certain responsibilities as to be made sure this is maintained properly. Overseeing specific projects as to the development of our artists. Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredMarketing and management qualifications within the music industry.A minimum of 3 years' experience within the field of the music industry specifically in the organizing of shows and event performances.
