Job OverviewWilson and Co Energy Efficiency Solutions is an expanding business with a very large customer base. We are currently looking for someone to work for us in their spare time from the comfort of their own home calling potential customers who need their homes insulating over the Christmas and New Year period and booking them in for a short survey at their convenience by one of our qualifies surveyors and getting paid fantastic rates per a converted booking.We require use of your own home telephone and we may cover the costs if necessary to upgrade your phone package up to unlimited calls package where appropriate. You will of course have access to 24 hour training materials and have own email account dedicated to you as an individual of the business as it looks far more professional to the customer. The job is a fun and easy as you make it! We are looking for motivated individuals who have the I can do whatever it takes attitude and be self motivated and money driven. Remember all as you are doing is booking leads in for one of our friendly highly qualified surveyors to go and assess the property so the surveyor does the selling not you with a very high conversion rate! This is a self employed vacancy and all applicants will be responsible for there own NI and tax. Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaking outbound cold calls to potential customer all across the Leeds area to create bookings on behalf of our company for our highly qualifies surveyors to go and assess the property to see if the house qualifies for the insulation grant.Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredGood clear and professional telephone manner.Basic knowledge of filling out a table on Excel or similar. Must be able to hold a conversation with people. No actual telesales experience required as full training will be provided to the right candidates.
