Job OverviewYour role will be to work as part of a team of care assistants to promote and support the personal care and wellbeing of customers in their home, in line with a personal care plan. You will be required to work alone on some occasions.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesPersonal care, health care tasks, reporting and recording, medication tasks. Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredPreferably with palliative/end of life care experience, you will need to be trained to NVQ Level 2 and be willing to work on a shift rota system which involves daytime, evening and night work.
