Job description

We are looking for driven and committed individuals, who are willing to work in a very busy and demanding restaurant environment in return for excellent remuneration, career progression and a company commitment to their personal training and development. The successful candidates will be expected to provide full operational support to Head Waiters and Restaurant Managers, and to supervise junior waiters, whilst ensuring that excellent quality and superb service is delivered to all customers. Candidates will be expected to display initiative, have an extremely high attention to detail, successfully resolve any issues during service in accordance with company guidelines, maintain a high profile during service and promote and establish a regular customer base. In addition to the above, candidates will be expected to control and manage their section in the restaurant, ensure that all Junior Waiters under their supervision are briefed prior to service and react promptly to any issues or complaints whilst maintaining passion and attention to detail.

Job Requirements

- Must have excellent communication skills
- 3 + years experience on a similar role
- Fluency in Bengali and English.
- Ideally to own car. Expenses covered.
