Head Chef required for new craft and cask ale bar in the bustling North Laines in Brighton. Over 30 cask ales with a fine selection of whisky s and wine. 60 covers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Head Chef must have the ability to create a menu matching the beer to the food and also including the beer in the food delivered. Managing small team, sourcing fresh local produce.
