This role involves working in a team of around 15 people dedicated to delivering excellent levels of service to our insurance broker customers. This service team is responsible for all aspects of commercial policy underwriting and administration post sale including the negotiation of mid term adjustments and renewals.
The commercial underwriter works within defined levels of authority and performance indicators linked to renewal retention, premium growth, account profitability and rating strength.
