Duties and ResponsibilitiesYou will be leading a technically excellent team, working within a small sized department on a stimulating mix of cases. You will not only be technically excellent but a good communicator with rounded managerial and client service skills. You must be able to develop strong relationships with a wide range of people, be empathetic, supportive yet directional.Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredWe want a solicitor with at least 2:2 degree in Law with good A levels. Ideally you would have had good legal experience within the field of law. We also expect a strong academic record throughout their Legal Practice Course. The candidate must be flexible, organised, tidy, reliable, hard- working, must be able to multitask and meet deadlines. Sofia House working methodology revolves around interactive Task Lists.
