Job OverviewExperienced dress maker to assist in alterations of Wedding Dresses and Evening wear. An excellent applicant may be able to often work from home, if this would suit.Duties and ResponsibilitiesIn Store fittings with our customer, All work to be carried out to the highest standard, often working to our fitters pins hemming wedding dresses with soft floaty hems and taking in side seams of heavily boned and often beaded bodices.Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredA minimum of 3 years experience sewing in a busy workroom, or sample machinist. This post would not normally suit a recently qualified fashion student unless exceptional sewing skills, and used to alterations of heavily boned and beaded bodices.
