Job OverviewCelsian Education are actively recruiting for Cover Supervisors on behalf of a number of secondary schools throughout the Leeds area.Duties and ResponsibilitiesTypically, a Cover Supervisor will oversee the completion of set work and manage the behaviour of pupils in a classroom setting. No qualifications are required to undertake this role. So in essence the main thing schools look for in a Cover Supervisor are great ‘people-management’ skills. Someone with the ability to engage a class of pupils, and make sure they achieve the goals that are being set, through the work that has been left to be completed.Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredNo qualifications are required to undertake this role.
