Job Overview

We have created an opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in the digital World and is passionate about account management, project management and of course all things digitally related!!

The role requires you to join our friendly account management team as we continue to improve the service we offer our clients. The role will require you to be involved in all aspects of client management including pre-sales, project, project analysis, coordination, requirement refinement, providing updates and generally letting clients know what is going on (including following up with them after the web project has been delivered).

This is a really varied role demanding excellent account management and organisational skills. The role will involve working closing with the Project Manager, chasing creative, requesting development updates, liaising with Finance, Operations and coordinating with the clients to ensure everything is ready to go live, on time and on budget.

Essentially you will be providing top class customer service to clients and ensuring they are as happy with the process and the delivery of the web project or online marketing campaign.
 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

-Getting clarify on the client mind-set and requirements
-Attending client meetings with management
-Support proposal review, and writing-up additional proposals, and key notes
-Coordination of various tasks, projects
-Follow-up with key tasks, and so keeping to deadlines
-Upselling project related features and new services
-Report to senior management the progress of the projects.
 

Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required

-Organisational skills are key.
-Ideally a graduate with a minimum 2.1degree ideally in an analytical or humanities subject such as Economics, Business or History as the role will involve some research analysis.
-If you have account management or client services experience that would be a huge advantage but not a necessity.
-You must have excellent English and communication skills as you are going to be communicating with several top-tier clients at any one time.
-As a Client Services Manager you must have the confidence to present to senior clients.
