Job OverviewChef required to work in this friendly hotel. The person will be able to live in if required. We have 20 en-suite bedrooms, large public bar, 50 seat restaurant (under used) and a 120+ seat function room.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo prepare food as required for the business on the day. All legislation including kitchen hygiene. Weekly food stocks. Involvement in menu compilation. The hours are 5 days from seven 45 hours approx and split shifts are required.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredNVQ level 3 or City and Guilds. Experience of a busy operation. Good all round person with an open outlook on food.
