Job OverviewWe are currently looking to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager for a 13 bed independent care home for the elderly based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.
This would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced care home manager who would relish the challenge of running a small independent care home and raise it to even higher standards.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have: proven management experience within a continuing care environment and RMA / NVQ Level 4; a high level of management and communication skills; an ability to motivate staff members; flexibility and initiative; and a broad knowledge of the Care Home home industry with compliance to care regulations and CSCI standards.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredMin 3 years experience in a care home management position
RMA / NVQ Level 4.
