Job OverviewIndependent Recycling company is looking for a Business Manager to head its operation in Mitcham, Surrey.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be in charge of both the operations and office functions. This includes staff recruitment and management, achieving our quality and production targets, and managing our relationship with our client.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredA CoTC in Treatment and Transfer is desirable and a sound understanding of all relevant Health and Safety and Environmental legislation is also important, preferably with a NEBOSH qualification. The candidate must have at least an IOSH qualification.
The successful candidate will be a team player, with a proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire others to achieve. A candidate with experience of operating a recycling facility and / or waste management services will be ideally suited.
