Job Overview

We are an established and vibrant telemarketing company in Crewe and require Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our friendly team and work on a wide range of client campaigns.

Our Business Development Executives have joined us from a range of industry sectors, and their ages currently vary from eighteen to sixty six. However, the one thing they do all have in common is the ability to build relationships between our clients and their customers and to deliver real growth for the client's company.


Duties and Responsibilities

These rewarding positions involve cold outbound calling to prospects from a database, working either in small teams or individually (depending on the project), to generate qualified high quality leads and appointments for clients to follow up or attend.

The company has represented major brand names in both the UK and US and we work with a large portfolio of clients from a wide range of industrial, commercial, private and public sectors. These include FTSE and Fortune 500 companies, multi-national telecommunication companies, medium sized enterprises, IT companies and Government training / education initiatives.

Our holistic marketing methods achieve a high ROI for our clients, and most clients choose to stay with us on a long-term basis, to continue receiving the high quality on-going telemarketing and data cleansing services we provide.


Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required

Successful candidates will ideally possess some experience in sales, however this is not essential. More important is a confident yet approachable personality with drive and enthusiasm, good conversational skills and a degree of tenacity along with competency in IT.

Our BDEs work to realistic targets, with the quality of the leads they generate being of paramount importance. We pride ourselves on creating a professional, vibrant environment for our staff that is both rewarding and an enjoyable place to work. In addition to a good basic salary (commensurate with experience), we recognise and reward effort, success and initiative and we incentivise our staff in a number of ways including bonuses, prizes and commission.
