Job OverviewTravelex is the world’s largest retail foreign exchange operator, with the world’s largest airport branch network. Travelex is best known for supplying foreign exchange currency at bureau de change. However, we also offer a wide range of travel and financial products.
The benefits include an incentive scheme, 22 days holiday (pro-rota), contributory pension, uniform, free (or reduced) parking, comprehensive training and ongoing support and development. Standard shift pattern is 4 days on, 4 days off. Shifts times vary, depending on the location, but will be early starts and / or late finishes. Part time work will be early mornings or evenings.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Consultants role involves working as part of a team, interacting with customers to maximise sales opportunities and providing a professional and individual service to exceed customers expectations. Accuracy and numeracy are important parts of the role too.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredApplicants will ideally have retail, customer service, cash handling or sales experience, excellent communication skills, be accurate with a keen eye for detail, flexible and reliable. Successful candidates must pass a written test, be able to provide a 5-year check able history, plus pass credit and criminal record checks.
