Job OverviewAssistant or trainee to work with specialist in producing high quality cakes, tarts, pastries and biscuits for new and expanding organic bakery. Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssisting and making pastries and cakes, learning current product ranges and helping to develop new products. Covers all aspects of pastry and baking in a small but high quality kitchen.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredMust be qualified or part-qualified (minimum NVQ Level 3 expected) with at least some experience in a commercial kitchen (for trainee) or solid demonstrable experience for assistant. Must be able to provide references.
