Job OverviewJob Ref: DJSG2153.Job Title: Account Director / Client Services Manager (Contact Centre/Call Centre). Salary: To £40K + Bonus / Bens. Location: South West. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role will carry responsibility for the development of long-term, profitable campaigns and identify additional opportunities for growth within existing business relationships. Duties and ResponsibilitiesSpecific Responsibilities will include:-- To build and maintain productive working relationships with client contacts on both tactical and strategic levels - To identify growth potential within existing accounts and provide effective, profitable solutions to client problems - To act as the conduit between client contacts and operational management to ensure all key deliverables are met - To provide accurate and timely reports to both internal and external stakeholders - To deliver accurate invoicing / sales ledger records within corporate guidelines. Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredThe ideal candidate will be able to evidence a successful track record of managing profitable campaigns with first-hand experience of multi-channel contact centre operations. | Nearby
