Job OverviewTrainee Management Couple required for this village hotel. We have 20 en-suite rooms, large public bar, lounge bar, 50 seat restaurant (under used) and a 120+ seat function room with separate bar with licence for weddings. The successful candidates will need to be over 18 to comply with licensing laws, and already be working within the industry either as a couple or individuals.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis is a live in position if required. A hands on approach to all aspects of this diverse business, working in all departments, and being trained to a high standard.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredGood communication skills, team worker and solo operator when required. Some background in the industry and certainly a desire to learn.
