Job Overview

This is an interim Management post. The ideal Associate will have experience of working as a Service Manager.

Purpose of the post:
To plan, organise, manage, develop and review the provision of social care services to children, young people and their families as directed by the Assistant Director within agreed delegations.

Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required

Professional qualification in social work (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, degree in Social Work) also a management qualification degree is essential.

Preferred a minimum of 6 years experience within a social care setting and a minimum of 2 years in a management capacity.
