Job OverviewTo attract and win new window cleaning contracts both locally and nationally from within the commercial and industrial sector.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesContacting and relationship building with local commercial businesses, securing and closing term contracts. Searching and sourcing new developments via planning applications. In addition, able to understand the tender and procurement system in order to compete for national contracts.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredMarketing ans sales skills, good communicaion, able to work on own initiative and good people skills. Experience of contract cleaning preferred, ambitious enough to take this job by the scruff of the neck.
