Job OverviewThe Duty Manager is responsible for his team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job will involve the day to day smooth operation of a busy off airport car park. The car park operates 24 / 7, and the duty manager will work 4on 4off 12 hour shifts (Days and Nights).
Duties and ResponsibilitiesManaging a team of PCV Drivers, Receptionists, Co Ordinators. Advertising, Interviewing, Recruitment. Disciplinary procedures.
