Job Overview

Warrington is a consumer customer service centre. The roles are customer service professional positions and involve answering incoming calls and dealing efficiently with various customer enquiries including tariff advice, upgrade requests, product enquiries and technical queries. Warrington is our only 24- hour contact centre within the UK and this adds to the responsibility of the role, as all of our customer groups will be direct to the centre during non-core times.

You will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience in dealing with customers, although this does not necessarily need to be within a contact centre environment. You will be enthusiastic, eager to learn and above all you will have a passion for providing excellent customer service to ensure and outstanding experience for the customer.

After an initial 9 week training period, your shifts will be based around a 5 week rota, working 5 out of 7 days, the earliest start time is 10am and the latest finish time is 10. 30pm with 2 full weekends off within the 5 week rota.

Duties and Responsibilities

Working within our high value call centre your duties will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to high spend customers - Answering incoming calls within agreed levels - Dealing with a variety of customer queries including tariff advice, upgrade requests, technical queries and product enquiries - Keeping up to date with competitors current offers and promotions - Monitor and manage own daily and weekly performance
