Job OverviewJob PurposeTo deliver excellent customer service via the telephone or written correspondence ensuring individual goals, objectives and standards are achieved at all times. Closing date: 18th April Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey AccountabilitiesTo take ownership of and respond to customer enquiries either via inbound or outbound telephone calls or written correspondence, in line with departmental quantity and quality standards. To update new customer details checking they are entered accurately to ensure customer satisfaction and precise commission payments. To make any changes to customer accounts in line with agreed procedures and authorisation limits. Ensure allocated workflows are closed within pre defined service level agreements and highlight any issues to the appropriate team leader. To liaise with external industry bodies to ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily. To support the rest of the team in the delivery of team and company objectives. Skills / Qualifications / Experience RequiredKnowledge, Skills and ExperiencePossess an excellent telephone manner being able to project a pleasant professional approach and quickly build a picture of the customers’ individual circumstances and needs. Six months customer service experience. Be able to assimilate information quickly and relay this back to the customer Show commitment to customer care and provide a quality service to all customers. Be able to work well as a team and on own initiative, in particular when escalating problems or issues. Have the ability to respond positively to feedback. Have a flexible approach to working. Be able to work towards targets Demonstrate the ability to cope with frequently changing environments. Have proven keyboard skills and an awareness of windows based applications.
