Job Overview

The role is to pro-actively contact customers to reduce debt by taking payments over the phone. During the first three months you will be outbound dialling using the predictive dialler technology.


Duties and Responsibilities

You will be contacting customer to discuss outstanding and overdue balances.
Your aims are to
- maximise collections on every call
- maintain good customer relations
- use your negotiation skills to secure payments
- assist customer to set up repayment plans (including Direct Debits)


Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required

A positive approach, ability to negotiate, risk awareness and empathy are key in this role.
