Event DetailsThis 3 day course is for supervisors and owners/ managers of small businesses who need to understand Food Safety more than the Level 2 Course- the Curse covers major Food Safety Hazards and controls, HACCP, Food Poisoning investigations, some supervisory skills and a little bit of law.
The assessment is via multiple choice examination.
