| Reply : 16 Aug 2012 My understanding of a business plan is this: a 1-2 page plan as a useful management tool for your own business, or the full multi-page document for banks, investors, etc. In short, as most BPs end up dust coverred on a shelf in your office, don't waste too much time preparing one at the expense of running your business if you don't need to.
