How many of you out there have considered innovation ( formal training, coaching, workshops) as a means to improving your business?

I think people don't learn things by sitting and listening to long lectures..but they could atleast try to listen If they could be put into the practice what they are learning during the workshop.

We as a company hold at least three breakfast meetings per week , these are with staff at all levels.

Input from the workforce tends to bode stronger , plus it seerms to be maintained and sustained by all who sits these meetings.

Haven't tried much of these so far, for no specific reason.

I reckon, we can start incorporating some of these... Laughing
