| Original Message Added : 15 Nov 2009 Since starting up my circular and sample distribution business six months ago, my business has been constantly under attack of another business on freeindex, the editorial team will know who is responsible without doubt. As a negative hoax review was logged against streetwise. The nasty things is endless that they do ie, explicit e mails telling me that they will make me fail , they hate me, I did not even know them. I have reported it to police and freeindex as they kindly slandered my business off and freeindex removed it thank goodness. Last week the police gave them another warning and insisted I take legal action, I'm in the process as this may be costly and to a new business thats the last cost we need. This week they are contacting my customers and although my customers understand and stay with us it is not nice having to explain you are getting harrased by this woman. We are a vat reg business and are committed to business like all those advertised on freeindex. I'm at the end of my tether with the lunatics as I'm wondering what is the next thing they are going to do, its bad when your staff are working and get stopped by them!!!! also reported, I would like to be to be left alone please are they insane? Help pleeeeease. |

| Reply : 18 Nov 2009 There are civil & commercial options, but that will be expensive (normal commercial solicitors' charges could range form £150 to £250 + VAT an hour). At least here you had the option of contacting the police, which sounded like the right thing to do. Hopefully they should be able to help. Regards Penina Shepherd Commercial Solicitor 08458 678 978
