| Reply : 23 Dec 2010 - (Edited : 23 Dec 2010) 1. Change your page titles to reflect the keyword - they all seem to say AA investments - make them something like 'Invest In Brazil - AA Investments' etc 2. H1 tags seem fine 3. Add a link to your sitemap in the page footer - this will aid the search engines to crawl the site 4. Add some internal page links - best to work them into the content if you can even if its just things like 'You can Contact Us by ... ' etc - hope you get my drift 5. Link out to some authority sites - some people dont agree with this but I have found it to work wonders - so have a link out to Wikipedia to a section about Brazil, investing etc 6. You need a description meta tag - this wont help SEO per se but acts as a teaser to convince people to visit your site when you do make that front page listing :) - keep it succinct - down to about 160 characters As I say, my mind is befuddled looking out at a snowstorm in the middle of the night here so I'll bid you goodnight and good luck Dave - enterprisingseo.com

Reply : 3 Jan 2011 , use http://validator.w3.org/ to validate your xhtml this makes sure that your website works on most platforms uninformly and the validator reads your markup and tells you where its wrong. Looking at you source for the site Your using xhtml strict which tells the browser what standards to use when processing it so if the markup you wrote is not valid xhtml strict then the browser may not process the page correctly. Never the less the site looks really good ![]() |

| Reply : 11 Jan 2011 For not being a pro, you have done a really good job at writing your own website. It is simple, clean and relaxing. This leaves little comments on presentation to give you but I think you will benefit from these... You are not really using photographs on your site, only one which you repeat on all pages as a background to your page "title". I think you have a great opportunity to have a different one on each page and increase the marketing and attraction to the country. If people like your "guided tour", they will be more likely to want to invest there. Having said that, your chosen photograph is a good choice, nice and appealing. The only issue I have is that it makes the page "title" difficult to read, even though you gave it some "makeover" to enhance it. Looking at your Meta Tags, they are inexistent, which can explain why your page ranking is still at 0 and why, when I googled "Invest in Brazil" you were nowhere to be seen in the first 10 pages. Your Title is simply "Invest in Brazil" and I think you are missing on potential here. You can have up to 70 characters and you should make the most of it, to your advantage. Your Title appears on the first line of your listing and should grab attention. Considering the number of companies who are offering the same service or articles and other information about investing in Brazil (over 9,500,000), you need to be a little more shark-ish here if you want to get closer to page one. You have no Description which means that you are missing on 160 characters of potential to market yourself precisely to your chosen customer market. Instead, you are leaving it to Google to display on the second line of your listing what it thinks is relevant to the customers' queries. This is what your listing looks like: Invest in BrazilWhy invest in Brazil? Market data has shown that Brazil today is an ... Aa evolution has the best solution for your company and performs all of your ...www.aaevolution.com/ If you were an investor, would this be enough to attract you to your site? Finally, you have no (Meta) Keywords and although you have some contents management to emphasise some words, the fact that your main keywords for each page is not in a list of Meta Keywords does make them weaker than they should. Although Google does not consider Keywords as important these days, they have not been made redundant and still have a role to play, at least with some other search engines which need them to list you. As you cannot guarantee that all your customers will use only the one search engine, then you must do your SEO right to ensure the maximum benefits across all search engines. Talking about contents management, you have obviously worked towards it, however I think we need to look at what you have done. The guidelines are:
Your top 4 keywords on the main page are: "Brazil", "business", "company" and "services". "Invest" comes in 5th position and has little weight. On The Company page, they are: "Business", "market", "company" and "brazilian" while on The Services page, they are "company", "development", "services" and "home". I will not go on, but you must consider what is coming out of your contents and decide whether this is really what you wanted. Are you confident that your potential customers will key in these keywords to find you? If not, then work your keywords first and then work your content from a specific selection and unique combination of Keywords, to more likely ensure the right words will attract the right people to your site. You are also lacking of a call for action on each page, a phone number or whichever mean you prefer to be contacted with. You should make it as easy as possible for the potential customers to get in touch with you. Also, as someone pointed out recently, once people have been to your site and kept a note of it or bookmarked it, they are likely to come back to get the contact details. If it is prominently displayed on the main page, then it is easy for them to find it. Additionally, you should have a little self-marketing on your main page: what makes you so different from the competition? Why should the potential investors come to you? If you catch people's attention at that point, then they are more likely to navigate your site. My final point will concern your site map. You have added a link to your site map as rightly suggested by Dave Simpson, but as far as SEO is concerned, you do not have one. Did you submit it via Google? I hope these will help get closer to the front page. You must have a lot of patience, keep checking where you are when you google your top three keywords, monitor your changes, monitor their results, analyse the information, improve your keywords and do it all over again. SEO is not a one time thing but a continuous process which requires to think like your potential customers, the ones who want to find you. It is not easy but with perseverance you will get there. Alternatively, you could try Adwords. I was told it does work! Oh, and do check on what your competitors have done to be on page one. As you must be aware, View>Page Source from the horizontal top menu of your web browser will show you their page listing. You could learn a lot there... try www.investinbrazil.co.uk/ to see how they used photography to capture the mind and imagination of their potential customers. Good luck and watch that sun burn!
