Scam from company called PC Master

SCAM where they call your mobile and tell you that they are to do with your computer / laptop

they say that your machine has a virus and in order to fix it they need to confirm your details !!!! and that they already have your card details so confirm back your security details with them

Total Scam, friend has reported they were caught out and had to change theyre cards etc

PC MASTER ........ DONT BE FOOLED

Yes - lots of these about right now. DO NOT, under any circumstances, give away any information about your computer that might allow someone to access it remotely.

Most of these calls come under the banner of "tech support" - ie, that the company has detected your computer is infected with a virus and they can help. IT IS A SCAM. They are lying to you and they have no way of detecting what's happening on your computer unless you give them control.
