My clients are saying that they have left reviews but they do not seem to be appearing on the site. Can you investigate please?

Thanks for getting in touch.
I've had a look at your account and all your review records. I've also tested all the relevant links for your business and the review option for your business. As far as we can detect, there's nothing which would cause a general problem for anyone who wanted to review your business.
We can't really find out what the issue is here unless we know some details of any problem that's being experienced, I'm afraid. The most likely explanation is simply that your clients have written the text of their review but then failed to register on the site, which is a requirement for any who wishes to write a review. A review will not be shown unless it has been posted from a registered and valid account on FreeIndex. If you write a review and you do not have an account, then you will be prompted to create an account when you've finished writing your review. We do make it clear that this is a prerequisite for posting reviews of a business.
Please feel free to get back in touch and provide any details that you have about the difficulties that are being experienced here, if possible. We'd be very interested to hear from you or your clients about any problems that are being experienced with the process of posting a review, but I'm sure you can appreciate that there isn't much we can do unless we know more about what your clients have done when attempting to post their review, or about any difficulties they've encountered through that process. From our perspective, it simply appears that any missing reviews have not been posted at all, and of course we can't say why a review has not been written.
Sorry I can't be more helpful with your query at this time.
