Just to let everyone know outthere, I just recieved an email at yahoo.com which was a virus.  The email looked like a business enquiry. When I opened it it hacked into my address book instantaniously and sent a virus to all of my contacts! Thank goodness that they had good internet security that flagged up straight away! I didn't know that this had happened until a friend phoned me to tell me! I then checked my email after deleting it, and I had loads of mailer demons (Not sent emails). I've deleted it all now and done a scan on my system, everything completely clear! How sick are these individuals who do this?

Out of interest who is your internet provider? I use GoogleMail and find that they are really secure as well as blocking out pretty much all spam!
