Hi guys,

Does anyone have any recommendations for CRM/Lead management software?

I am working on my own at present but am taking on an additional member of staff n November.

I would like a system that can manage my sales pipeline, allow me to issue quotes/invoices, manage all aspects of customer management, allow for sales reporting and interact with Voip.

I've looked at icomplete and Flg360 already. I would prefer a hosted solution.

Any recommendations?

Take a look at Salesforce.com Group Edition at about £10 per user per month (http://www.salesforce.com/uk/crm/editions-pricing.jsp)  or Zoho (http://www.zoho.com/crm/lp/small-business-crm.html?utm_campaign=CRM_Campaign-US_..)

Hi Howard,

We have customised some open source CRM applications, so there will be no licence fee;s or ongoing charges. This would allow you to do everything you are wanting and there are apps available for your smart phone too.

Take a look at some info at: http://yooneeq.eu/crm-services

Would be more than happy to discuss with you...

Why not have a look at a Microsoft hosted CRM solution? it may not be the cheapest solution in the market but it has the advantages of integrating with MS Office if you use that.

without any doubt Microsoft CRM hosted 2011 is best.

I have been using CRM for many years now and never touched any other product.
