Hours of Opening

The hours of opening section in my profile does not enable me to provide an accurate description of service availability and is missleading.

Although our office is open between 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, our services are provided 24/7 and our staff can be contacted outside of office hours.

Is it possible to enter additional text in the section that provides this information?

Hi Alex,

Thanks for getting in touch.
It is not possible to enter any text as part of your opening hours. You could provide details of when your services are available in your business description, but not as part of your opening hours.
