Grants available to start-up companies

Is grant money available for new start-up companies? I will be creating approximately 150 new jobs within the first three months of opening.

Hi there,

It is possible that some of this would be able to attract grant funding, we could do an initial assessment for you if you wish, by simply asking you to complete a questionnaire which would allow us to research the general availability and if appropriate then we could discuss the application process. There is many types of grants available. Government grants, Personal grants and investment grants.

I advice that you talk to business link, they are a government body.

I would like to agree with the last post and seriously recommend that you talk to your local Business Link Information Service/Centre as they have 'Grant Finder' databases and are very useful. I do a lot of work for Business Link East for instance and their Information and Intelligence Centre is second to none!..
