| Original Message Added : 12 Jun 2012 I've recently started addressing the home market and now wonder if I need to register with the ICO. I still do not hold any personal information other than basic contact information, i.e. name and telephone number along with, though not always, email address and home address. I have no need, or desire, to hold any other information. A possible twist to this is my use of Google Apps. My contact information is held within a Gmail account and consequently, that contact information may be stored on servers located in the USA. Do I need to register with the ICO? |
