Customer Appraisal Forms

We use Customer/Client Appraisal forms for our business with the Customer/Client commenting on the service they have received and signing and dating them. Can I upload these Appraisal forms as reviews ?. or the same way as uploading photos.

We'd prefer it if you didn't.

We try hard to ensure that the reviews on FreeIndex are written by real customers. A few businesses try to fake reviews to get themselves listed higher and we have measures in place to stop this. If you were to add these reviews, it would be flagged against the reviews you have written.

The best thing to do is to get your customers to write their reviews on FreeIndex by sending them a link to either your profile page or to your 'write review' link (which you can find here).

We've then provided gadgets that you can put on your website (or elsewhere on the web) to display the reviews you have from FreeIndex (and independent source that checks for fake reviews).

It's a shame, I know, that you can't upload your own reviews, but unfortunately, not everyone out there is honest!
