Think twice about trying to gain work on price as there will always be someone to undercut you; accreditation, experience and quality documentation is more important in your line of work. Try to contact multiple letting agencies and landlords, try market research and advertising via the NLA website http://www.landlords.org.uk/. And of course a good search engine optimised website. Good luck
