Hi,

1. What browser are you using and version?

2. Do you get the same problem using a different browser?

3. Can you recall if you have installed any software or installed an upgrade of any sort before you encountered the problem?

4. Have you tried the following:-

a. Clearing the browser cache?

b. Carried out a refresh/reload when you encounter the problem?

Hope this helps

Regards

Have you checked your security settings and parental controls? They may be blocking content.

If you more than one browser then uninstall them all and keep internet explorer which is default browser and reset to default settings & run all updates. it should fix the problem.
