You may well find out, as clients of ours have, that you are then locked into a contract that costs your business more than is necessary, and you have not been offered all of the available options to you. Our advice is to ask for contract paperwork to be sent via email, fax or post, so that you can review it and check that the call was legitimate. I hope this helps, Steve Dobson
