| Reply : 10 Mar 2011 Thanks for getting in touch. There's no option to add your business to other locations outside where you're actually based, I'm afraid. However, you will automatically appear for nationwide searches or ones where no location is specified. You'll also appear for searches in your broader area (Yorkshire) and for some nearby locations, depending on the level of competition in that area. Best wishes, The FreeIndex Team |

| Reply : 21 Mar 2012 Thanks for getting in touch. There are two issues here. You weren't appearing for searches in Wiltshire because there was an error with your location details, which I have now fixed for you. So you will now appear for searches for "Marquee Hire" in Wiltshire as well as in Swindon. However, as outlined above, you won't be able to add your business to the surrounding counties on FreeIndex, because you're not based in those areas, I'm afraid. Hope that's been of some help in any case. Best wishes, The FreeIndex Team

| Reply : 27 Mar 2012 Thanks for getting in touch. When you refer to your London location, I assume it's your Sunbury-on-Thames location to which you are referring. The reason that you're not appearing in relevant searches for London is because Sunbury-on-Thames is in Surrey and is not technically considered to be part of London itself by the Royal Mail, whose location database is what we use on the site. Hope that explains the situation for you. Sorry we can't be more helpful on this occasion. Best wishes, The FreeIndex Team |
