How do I access my account settings?
Log in and then go to your Account Settings in My FreeIndex.

What’s the difference between my username and email address?
To make things simpler, your username is your email address and your email address is your username. They're the same thing.

If you have changed your email adddress, you can still log in to FreeIndex with your original email address / username, but you should then change your username to your new email address to ensure that you don't miss out on business enquiries.

How do I change my Username / Email Address?
Log in, go to your Account Settings, and then click on 'Change' next to your email address.

How do I change my Password ?
Log in, go to your Account Settings and then click on 'Change' next to your password.

How do I change what emails I receive from FreeIndex?
Log in, go to your Account Settings and then click on 'Change' next to each of the options for alert emails, newsletter, etc.

Can I hide my telephone numbers?
Yes. You can opt to hide your telephone numbers within your Account Settings.

Can I hide my business location and map?
Yes. You can opt to hide your street address and the map displayed on your profile page within your Account Settings.
